We, at White Stork IVF, also offer a Three-attempt Package, wherein a total of three (3) attempts of embryo transfer will be provided by the clinic, hoping to achieve a successful clinical pregnancy as a result of these attempts.

These attempts include fresh or/and frozen embryos.

The intending couple agrees to abide by all the necessary medical advice given by our clinicians.

The intending couple understands that there is a possibility that the embryos made as a result of trying with their own gametes might not be of a good quality, and the need may arise to choose embryos made out of donor gametes.

This means availing IVF Treatment using donor oocytes from an anonymous egg donor, or donor sperms from an anonymous sperm donor, or both.

The intending couple understands and agrees with all aspects of availing IVF Treatment with donor gametes as per the law of the land, including the need for confidentiality and anonymity.

Throughout the treatment, uttermost efforts will be taken to use the gametes of the intending couple. However, out of any or all of the three attempts of IVF Treatment, need of donor gametes may arise. The intending couple will be fully informed and the clinic will proceed only after getting a fully informed consent of the indenting couple.
